JOHN MADDEN & STEVE MARIUCCI’S “BATTLE OF THE BAY” EVENT APPROACHES 20-YEARS OF TRANSFORMING COMMUNITY FUNDRAISING.

We know John Madden and Steve Mariucci because of their outstanding sports accolades and coaching skills, however, their legacy will leave a mark greater than sports. These two men are champions for charity and their annual “Bocce Ball” event is so unique that other big named organizations and celebrities are following their blueprint. Many household names, past attendee’s and aspiring philanthropists are flying in this year to pay tribute and support 20-years on Wednesday, June 6th, 2018.

Since its’ inception back in 1999, this event has raised millions for local and national charities. In recent years, the beneficiaries have been: Peninsula Boys & Girls Club, Mariucci Family Foundation, Diabetic Youth Foundation, Easter Seals Kaleidoscope, Northern California Special Olympics, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, local High School Football Programs and more.
